*Total home sales in Apollo Beach were up 12% over 2015.
*The 2016 average sales price was up just 3%.
*There are presently 312 homes for sale.

The Market Is Continuing to Recover! 
     2016 saw only a 3% increase in the average sales price in Apollo Beach, but sales were up 12%.  Of course, this confirms the turn-around that we have seen throughout the Tampa area in the housing market.  These positive factors have encouraged the local builders to add new homes to our local inventory so that we now have 312 homes for sale, compared to only 215 that were on the market last year at this time so Sellers need to have a realistic asking price to attract buyers in today's market.
