2012 Was the 4th Best Year Ever!​
In 2012, we had 787 sales in Kings Point & Sun City Center, which was the 4th best year ever in the history of SCC. This was an increase of 109 sales over 2011 & was the most home sales since 2005 when we had 857 sales. Even though the average sales price for 2012 was slightly lower than in 2011, prices are rising. The average December sales price was $104,381, which is much higher than just 9 months ago when it was $89,785 in March.  The market has turned!
*2012 sales were up 16% in SCC over 2011.
*Together, KP & SCC averaged 66 sales/month.
*There are presently 291 homes & condos for sale.
